We work with multiple global fulfillment partners, including verified third-party suppliers, to deliver products safely and efficiently.
To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, we follow a strict refund and return policy.
🔸 1. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.

Because we dispatch orders quickly through partner warehouses, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you contact us within 12 hours of purchase and your order has not yet entered processing, we will attempt to cancel it.

After the 12-hour window or once the order is marked “Processing” or “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible.
🔸 2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following limited cases:

Item not received after 45 business days from shipping date.

Item damaged or defective on arrival (with verified photo or video proof within 7 days of delivery).

Wrong item received (with clear unboxing proof).
In these situations, please contact support@feelhearty.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

We will verify your request and, if applicable, submit a claim with our logistics partner.

Once verified and approved, we will either:

Resend a replacement product, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund approvals are subject to supplier confirmation and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account after processing.

Most of our suppliers do not accept physical returns unless pre-approved.

If a return is required, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
